Student Placement Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for connecting students to employers by arranging interviews and assisting with job placements. Your role will involve scheduling interviews with candidates to determine their qualifications for job openings. Additionally, you will review students' resumes and cover letters, create new tie-ups with companies to place students on time, prepare placement reports on a daily and batch basis, and collect students' feedback/reviews about placements. Key Responsibilities: - Connect students to employers by arranging interviews and assisting with job placements - Schedule interviews with candidates to determine their qualifications for job openings - Review students resumes and cover letters - Create new tie-ups with companies to place students on time - Prepare placement reports on a daily and batch basis - Collect students feedback/reviews about placements Qualifications Required: - Experience in student placement: 2 years (Required) Please note that the job types for this position are full-time and permanent. The benefits include cell phone reimbursement, and the schedule consists of day shift and fixed shift. Additionally, there is a performance bonus offered for this role.
