Placement Coordinator – CADD Centre
Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Placement Coordinator (minimum 1 year) to manage student placements, build industry connections, and support career readiness activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain partnerships with companies and recruiters.
* Identify job opportunities and schedule interviews for students.
* Organize campus drives, placement events, and employer visits.
* Support students with resume building and interview preparation.
* Maintain placement data and prepare monthly reports.
* Coordinate with trainers and management for placement updates.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience in placement coordination, HR, recruitment, or related roles.
* Strong communication, networking, and follow-up skills.
* Good organizational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
* Familiarity with technical training or education sector is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
