Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Engineer based in Indore. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis, conducting calculations, and applying Civil and Structural Engineering principles in the design and development of construction projects. The role will involve utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create detailed structural designs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Collaborating with architects, construction teams, and clients, the Structural Engineer will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, sustainable building solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Structural Analysis, Structural Engineering, and Civil Engineering principles
• Strong skills in performing accurate calculations to ensure structural integrity and safety
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for creating detailed structural designs
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in green building projects and sustainable construction methodologies is a plus
