By creating intelligent and clean solutions for people and the planet Job Description Position Title: Strategy Lead, Industrial India & Southeast Asia Role Type: People Manager Role reports to: Director Strategy & Marketing Industrial Region India & Southeast Asia Job Location: Bangalore/ Pune Purpose of the role: The Strategy Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's long-term strategic initiatives. This role involves analysing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating across teams to shape and implement strategies that align with the company's objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and drive growth. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Collaborate with senior leadership to set priorities and define key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery. Evaluate business performance and provide insights for continuous improvement. Identify and build strategic partnerships to enhance the organization's capabilities and market presence. Prepare and present clear and compelling strategy reports and recommendations to stakeholders. Education & Experience MBA or advanced degree in Business, Economics, or a related field from a Tier 1 institutes Atleast 7-8 years of experience managing strategy Proven experience in strategy development, business consulting, or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities. Proficiency in strategic tools and frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTLE, Balanced Scorecard).
