Strategy Lead, Industrial India & Southeast Asia

Job Description Role Overview: You will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's long-term strategic initiatives by developing and executing strategic plans, conducting market research, and collaborating with senior leadership to implement strategies that align with the company's objectives. As the Strategy Lead, you will lead cross-functional teams, evaluate business performance, and build strategic partnerships to enhance the organization's capabilities and market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and drive growth. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. - Collaborate with senior leadership to set priorities and define key performance indicators (KPIs). - Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery. - Evaluate business performance and provide insights for continuous improvement. - Identify and build strategic partnerships to enhance the organization's capabilities and market presence. - Prepare and present clear and compelling strategy reports and recommendations to stakeholders. Qualification Required: - MBA or advanced degree in Business, Economics, or a related field from a Tier 1 institute. - At least 7-8 years of experience managing strategy. - Proven experience in strategy development, business consulting, or a similar role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities. - Proficiency in strategic tools and frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTLE, Balanced Scorecard).
