About Company:Enerparc India is a leading Solar developer with vast experience in Project development, Investments and EPC services for rooftop and ground-mounted solar photovoltaic systems across India with a focus on industrial and commercial segments. We are an associate company of Enerparc AG, Germany which is one of the largest Solar developers in the world with an asset base of more than 3500 MW.

Job Title:

Head – Strategy & Development

Location:

Bangalore

Develop strategies for exploring new business avenues and enhancing business opportunities.
Build an in-depth knowledge of the renewable industry in India and new trends in India and across the globe
Stay updated with the latest developments globally in the core areas of relevance.
Present Business proposal/plan for new initiatives and drive/ lead the pilot projects.
Explore possible funding for the company, debt, equity, and mezzanine funding. Look for possible M&A or joint venture to grow business.
Take up /lead various operational efficiency projects inside the company, drive the internal stakeholders to act on new efficiency improvement ideas
MIS of business performance, vs plan periodically to the CXOs and the Promoters.
Work closely with the Board of Directors to help them work towards the company’s Vision

Experience

Played an instrumental role in M&A activities, from due diligence to financial integration.
Proven experience in driving process efficiencies through tools and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills including attention to detail combined with an ability to derive insights from available data.
Proficiency in cross-discipline leadership, collaboration, and ability to influence for impact.
Innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly changing startup environment.
Years of experience: 5-8 Years (Consulting background is a plus).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in financial modelling, advanced Excel functionalities, VBA, and macros.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, analytical thinking, and a keen eye for detail. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial.

Education:

BE and MBA/ CA/ CFA/CPA
