Role Overview: As the Head of Strategy & Development at Enerparc India, your primary responsibility will be to develop strategies for exploring new business avenues and enhancing business opportunities in the renewable energy industry. You will be required to build an in-depth knowledge of the renewable industry in India and stay updated with the latest developments globally. Additionally, you will be presenting business proposals/plans for new initiatives, driving/leading pilot projects, and exploring possible funding options for the company. Working closely with the Board of Directors to help them achieve the company's vision will also be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop strategies for exploring new business avenues and enhancing business opportunities. - Build an in-depth knowledge of the renewable industry in India and stay updated with global developments. - Present business proposals/plans for new initiatives and drive/lead pilot projects. - Explore possible funding options for the company including debt, equity, and mezzanine funding. Look for potential M&A or joint venture opportunities. - Lead operational efficiency projects within the company and drive internal stakeholders to act on efficiency improvement ideas. - Provide periodic MIS of business performance vs. plan to CXOs and Promoters. - Work closely with the Board of Directors to help achieve the company's vision. Qualifications Required: - Played an instrumental role in M&A activities, from due diligence to financial integration. - Proven experience in driving process efficiencies through tools and best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills at all organizational levels. - Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to derive insights from data. - Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel functionalities, VBA, and macros. - Cross-discipline leadership, collaboration, and ability to influence for impact. - Innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly changing startup environment. - 5-8 years of experience, consulting background is a plus. - Education: BE and MBA/CA/CFA/CPA.,
