• This role is critical to ensuring that the organization's objective of becoming an electronic marketplace aimed at universalizing insurance is effectively conceptualized, designed, and delivered.
• It serves as a Strategic Partner to CXO-level leadership, driving organizational growth, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
• This role aims to bridge the gap between vision and execution by leading/supporting critical projects, enabling data-driven decision-making, fostering innovation and digital transformation, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, prepare executive-level reports and presentations, and contribute to shaping the organisations strategic direction, ultimately accelerating leadership impact.

Indicative Responsibilities

This is an Individual Contributor position covering the following

accountabilities:

Business Strategy & Planning

• Partner with leadership to define and execute business strategy, goals, and key initiatives.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Stakeholder & Leadership Management

• Manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities.

Executive Support & Representation

• Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and communication material.

Digital & Transformation Initiatives

• Gather and document detailed functional requirements across the digital insurance lifecycle: lead management, online buying, digital payments, KYC, product configurators, service request, claims and reporting.
• Convert business requirements into technical user stories and solution blueprints.
• Conduct API analysis and collaborate with development teams on API design, data mapping, and interface testing.
• Liaise with UI/UX designers to ensure digital journeys are intuitive and customer centric.
• Support UAT and drive alignment between business expectations and technology deliverables.
• Analyse data, monitor workflows, and recommend enhancements.
• Create documentation like BRDs, FRDs, Process flows, and integration diagrams.
• Actively engage stakeholders to extract and clarify ambiguous requirements.
• Use collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Postman to manage workflow and track progress.
• Maintain a balance between business needs, technical feasibility, and regulatory compliance.
• Work in agile environments and adapt quickly to evolving business priorities.
• Support adoption of digital strategies and tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and collaboration.
• Spearhead innovation and transformation programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• MBA (mandatory).
• 4 to 10 years of experience in strategy consulting & product roles either in Platform Businesses or in BFSI
• Exposure to Big 4, E-commerce/Platforms, Insurance, Fintech, Insurtech, Startup, or Technology industries preferred.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, agile project management, business strategy and stakeholder management
