Product Manager - Insurance

You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and staying on top of the customer pulse via secondary insights - both qualitative and quantitative. Your capability to translate user feedback into actionable insights for product development will be crucial. Additionally, you should have the ability to define both long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create impact. Your approach should be problem first, data-driven, and test & iterate in product enhancement. Your understanding of stages that a product goes through from concept to market launch & beyond will play a key role in this role. You should be a self-starter who collaborates closely with ecosystem players to co-build products that don't exist. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and risk, compliance) to develop and launch new card products will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, fostering relationships with key stakeholders within the organization to ensure smooth product development is essential. Having a strong knowledge of engineering practices in product development using Agile / Scrum principles will be beneficial. You will also be responsible for using data and analytics to guide decisions about product development, enhancement, and overall strategy of the product. - 2-5 years of experience in Product Management & MBA from top schools such as IIMs, ISB, FMS, MDI, etc. with a technical background preferred - Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Excel, SQL, etc) - Passion for understanding customer needs and demonstrated ability to build digital products - Ability to think strategically while still comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful execution No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
