Product Manager - Insurance

Job Summary:

Insurance is a critical revenue-generating function within the organization. To unlock its full potential, a dedicated core team is essential to drive business growth and deliver consistent results. This role focuses on expanding the Insurance and Extended Warranty (EW) programs, strengthening partner relationships, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring operational excellence.

EXPECTED END RESULTS

1. Dealer Onboarding and Program Implementation

Objective:

• Drive dealer activation in line with organizational targets.
• Collaborate with internal Brand teams and external insurance partners for seamless execution.
• Manage and nurture relationships with dealer partners and insurers.
• Handle escalations and oversee claims management processes.
  

2. Target Achievement and Business Growth

Objective:

• Monitor performance and ensure consistent achievement of sales and penetration targets.
• Act as the key liaison between Brand teams, dealers, and insurers to resolve issues and drive performance.
• Provide timely solutions and support to dealer partners to overcome operational challenges.
  

3. Training and Capability Building

Objective:

• Develop and regularly update training modules and content.
• Ensure timely and effective delivery of training sessions across the network.
• Monitor training completion and effectiveness.
  

4. Marketing and Campaign Management

Objective:

• Monitor market dynamics and competitor strategies to inform product updates.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns and dealer-level activations to drive business.
  

5. Revenue Management and Reporting

Objective:

• Drive revenue performance in alignment with annual goals.
• Ensure timely and accurate publication of performance reports and MIS dashboards.
• Analyze data and provide insights to guide strategic decisions.
