Job Description: Growth Associate We are seeking a results-driven Growth Associate to support our customer lifecycle and pre-sales initiatives. You will play a key role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our educational technology products and services. Location & Work Model 📍 Location: Churchgate, Mumbai 📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday 🔄 Hybrid Model: Work From Office (WFO): Wednesday & Friday Work From Home (WFH): Monday, Tuesday & Thursday Responsibilities Strategic Growth Initiatives – Assist in developing and executing strategies to optimize sales, user acquisition, and engagement. Market & Competitive Analysis – Research market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities. User Acquisition & Engagement – Implement targeted marketing campaigns and personalized engagement strategies to attract and convert users. Data-Driven Optimization – Leverage analytics to refine acquisition funnels, improve onboarding, and reduce churn. Performance Measurement – Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, sales, and subscriber acquisition. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align growth efforts with business objectives. Qualifications Proven Experience – Prior experience in growth marketing, customer lifecycle management, or pre-sales initiatives. Analytical Mindset – Strong data-driven approach to decision-making. Growth-Oriented – Passion for scaling user engagement and revenue. Strategic Thinker – Ability to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced startup environment .
