Strategy and growth associate

As a Growth Associate, you will be responsible for supporting customer lifecycle and pre-sales initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our educational technology products and services. Your primary focus will be on executing strategic growth initiatives, conducting market and competitive analysis, implementing user acquisition and engagement strategies, optimizing data-driven processes, and measuring performance metrics. You will be based in Churchgate, Mumbai, and follow a hybrid work model with work from office on Wednesdays and Fridays, and work from home on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product departments to align growth efforts with overall business objectives. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in growth marketing, customer lifecycle management, or pre-sales initiatives. An analytical mindset, passion for scaling user engagement and revenue, and the ability to think strategically are essential qualities.
