Job Description

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement of electrical and electronic components in automotive/EV industry.
Strong technical knowledge of automotive electrical parts (Motor, controllers, wiring harness, connectors, BMS, chargers).
Proven expertise in supplier development, contract negotiation, and cost management.
Familiarity with automotive quality standards (ISO/TS16949, AIS, IPC for electronics).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, R&D, and operations.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) is a plus.
