About the Role:

As a Partnership Manager focused on SI and Consulting Alliances, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding our partnerships with leading System Integrators and top-tier Consulting firms across India. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and market penetration through strategic collaborations.

 

The Impact you will create on the Job:

  • Identifying and getting empanelled with strategic GSI, SI and Consulting partners aligned with our business objectives and target market.
  • Developing long-term relationships across the relevant functions, verticals and tiers for strengthening the partnership.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners, including co-selling, co-marketing, and joint solution development initiatives to achieve a preferred partner status.
  • Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
  • Incubate and operationalize partnerships with industry-leading technology leaders – Think, Build, Co-Market with them globally.
  • Engage with Partners for On-Boarding/Partner Induction Processes, Sales Enablement (Product Trainings/Opportunity Lock-In), Joint GTM Models (Webinars, Podcasts, Collaterals etc), Co-Publishing Joint Industry Specific Reports (Insights).
  • Working closely with internal cross-functional teams such as Business Operations, Legal, Marketing, Product Marketing, Program Management, Engineering Services, Enterprise Sales etc
  • Track and measure partner performance against key metrics, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
  • Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities within the partner ecosystem to expand market reach and revenue generation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and partner landscape to identify new opportunities and refine partnership strategies.

What we look for?

 

  • 8-10 years of experience in Strategic Alliances and Partnerships, with a focus on SI and Consulting partnerships, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of the SI and Consulting landscape in India, with existing network of contacts preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders. 
  • Experience in developing and executing joint go-to-market plans, including co-selling, co-marketing, and joint solution development initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, assess risks, and develop effective solutions. 
  • Highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
