Job Description

As a Strategic Partnerships Advisor at EventConnect, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new, long-lasting business relationships across the sports and tourism sector. Your efforts will directly impact EventConnect's overall performance by presenting a highly unique sales model with limitless potential for growth. **Responsibilities:** - Initiate sales development and identify top prospects - Motivate prospects through creative problem-solving related to product improvements and service offerings - Monitor dashboards to ensure data accuracy and goal achievement, taking action when necessary - Develop or enhance processes and best practices related to product and service development - Define performance-driven metrics and expectations for pipeline creation - Regularly report on individual results - Manage sales engagement software and CRM via Hubspot and owned data **Job Skills And Qualifications:** - Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products - Experience in developing strategic market plans - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish - Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - Knowledge of developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions - Understanding of how to position products and services against competitors - Experience working regionally and nationally - Worked in SaaS platform, tech-enabled business, sports, and hospitality service areas - Travel required to industry trade shows and possibly client engagement If selected for this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-growing and constantly evolving business and market where you will be challenged and grow. Travel and participation in top-tier industry events are also part of the perks offered. **Qualifications:** - 3-5 years leading sales teams selling B2B at a SaaS + Service and/or enterprise software company - Sports, travel, and tourism experience is a must - A passion for sales: 2+ years of sales experience as an individual contributor - An analytical & decisive approach - High energy and contagious optimism - Motivated self-starter who thrives working alone and with team members - Collaborate & gain commitment cross-functionally - A strong executive presence, with polish & dedication to customer outcomes - Superior tech skills, including Hubspot, Google Drive, Slack, and others,
