Strategic Account Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for Data Analysis & Insights, including extracting data from various sources to generate actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will be involved in Client Solutions & Business Development by driving upselling and cross-selling of Delhivery's products and services, aligning offerings with client business needs, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to conceptualize and launch new products and services. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt resolution of queries related to billing, reconciliation, and performance. Building strong, trust-based relationships through consistent communication will be a key aspect of this role. You will also be responsible for Performance & Metric Management, including monitoring key performance metrics, ensuring targets are met, and conducting root cause analysis with corrective actions when deviations occur. On-Ground Client Engagement is another crucial aspect of the role, involving travel across client sites and operational centers for meetings, audits, business launches, and reviews as per business requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics, operational process knowledge, client relationship management, data analysis proficiency, business development acumen, product improvement insights, strong logical and critical reasoning, self-motivation, good presentation skills, and be proficient in Excel (with knowledge of VBA, SQL, R, and Python being a plus).,
