From Instagram reels to property brochures, you’ll bring our brand to life through compelling visuals and words that convert interest into inquiries and visits into sales. Key Responsibilities: Write and edit engaging content for blogs, social media, website, brochures, listings, and press releases. Create pitch-deck copy, project descriptions, FAQ sheets, and scripts for real estate videos. Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to translate business objectives into content strategies. Optimize written and video content for SEO, keywords, and real estate search trends. Monitor performance (views, shares, CTRs) and suggest data-driven improvements. Capture testimonials, site videos, project updates, and lifestyle-based content from ongoing developments. Manage a content calendar that supports lead generation campaigns and project launches. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with business goals and seasonal opportunities. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in content creation, preferably with exposure to real estate, lifestyle, or B2C brands. Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). Excellent English writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
