Be the pulse of the parenting community on social media – track trends and engagement patterns relevant to moms and early childhood. Monitor engagement, DMs, and comments and help build authentic community interactions. You’re a Great Fit If You: Have 1-3 years of experience in social media content or storytelling. Are a natural observer and storyteller, especially with a love for kids, parenting, or early education. Are hands-on with Instagram, Canva, and basic mobile editing tools. Can work on-site and closely with the founders to capture content and keep the brand tone consistent. Have a strong aesthetic sense and understand subtle, soft, and meaningful content (not just loud and trendy). Are organized and know how to balance spontaneous stories with planned content.
