Your Role

As our Social Media Marketing Manager, you’ll be the voice and creative spark of JobVibes across all platforms. You’ll plan, create, and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and user growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  social media strategies

  aligned with JobVibes’ goals.
• Create

  eye-catching graphics and reels

  that tell our story in a bold, relatable way.
• Manage

  Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

  pages for organic reach and engagement.
• Edit short-form videos for campaigns, product explainers, and UGC collabs.
• Run

  basic marketing campaigns

  (paid + organic) to boost reach.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize results.
• Collaborate with the founding team to experiment with

  content trends, SEO, and digital storytelling.

Required Skills

• Creative Graphic Design (Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator)
• Video Editing (CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects preferred)
• Campaign Planning (Instagram Ads / Meta Business Suite basics)
• SEO & Keyword Research (basic understanding)
• Excellent communication skills & a creative mindset
