In this role, as a Social Media Manager Intern, your responsibilities will include: - Designing engaging social media creatives such as posts, stories, reels, and ad creatives - Managing and scheduling content across various social media platforms - Assisting in planning and executing Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook & Instagram - Creating ad creatives, captions, and targeting specific audiences under guidance - Monitoring ad and content performance and preparing basic reports - Researching social media trends, competitors, and hashtags - Engaging with the audience through comments and messages - Ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms To be considered for this role, we are looking for individuals who: - Are currently pursuing or have recently completed studies in Marketing, Media, Design, or related fields - Possess basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic designing - Have an understanding of Meta Ads Manager - Are familiar with social media platforms and content formats - Demonstrate strong creativity, attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills Preferred tools and skills for this role include: - Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar tools) - Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager - Basic knowledge of ad metrics (CTR, CPC, Reach, Engagement) - Video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere Pro - bonus) Softolytics values good people doing good things and aims to make a positive impact through technology.
