Role Overview

We're hunting for a Social Media Manager

What You'll Do (The Fun Stuff)

• Own Key Accounts

  : Be the single point of contact for top clients—crafting scroll-stopping content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok that turns likes into loyal pet parents.

• Ad & Promotion Wizardry

  : Run targeted social media campaigns (think Meta Ads & Google boosts) to drive sales, with a focus on pet parents' hearts (and wallets!).

• Brand Building Boss

  : Develop fun, authentic strategies—user-generated content, influencer collabs, and viral challenges—to build buzzing communities around our clients' brands.

• Analytics & Agility

  : Track metrics like a hawk (or a happy hound), tweak strategies on the fly, and report wins that make everyone wag.

• Pet-Powered Creativity

  : Brainstorm paw-some ideas, from Diwali pet giveaways to Navratri wellness tips, all while keeping things fresh and fun.

Who You Are (Our Ideal Pack Member)

• 4+ years in social media marketing, with hands-on ad experience (bonus if you've worked with pet brands or e-commerce).
• A creative storyteller who lives for trends—SEO, content calendars, and analytics are your jam (tools like Hootsuite, Canva, or Google Analytics? Nailed it!).
• Pet parent or animal lover at heart—because nothing beats a brainstorm with a pup by your side!
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced startup vibe.
• Bonus: Experience in pet industry or D2C brands—let's make magic together!
