Position Summary

We are searching for a visionary Co-Founder to partner with Ankur Jain in steering Puppy Atlas to new heights. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a deep passion for the pet industry, entrepreneurial spirit, and a proven track record in business development or technology. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy, driving operational excellence, and building a scalable organization. If you’re a pet enthusiast with a heart for innovation and a desire to make a lasting impact, this is your chance to co-create a legacy in the pet care ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Co-develop and execute the long-term vision and business strategy alongside the Founder.

- Oversee operations, finance, or technology (based on expertise), ensuring scalability and efficiency.

- Lead fundraising efforts, build investor relationships, and secure funding to fuel growth.

- Collaborate with the team to enhance e-commerce platforms, AI-driven tools, and marketing campaigns.

- Foster partnerships with pet brands, vet clinics, and industry stakeholders.

- Represent Puppy Atlas at industry events, building our brand and network.

- Mentor and inspire a growing team, aligning with our mission to empower pet businesses.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, business development, technology, or operations, preferably in startups or e-commerce.

- Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving growth or managing teams.

- Strong financial acumen or technical expertise (e.g., AI, SaaS, or platform development) is a plus.

- Passion for pets and the pet industry—personal experience as a pet parent or prior pet company involvement is highly valued.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to relocate to Noida or work in a hybrid model, with a commitment to full-time engagement.
