Now, we’re looking for someone who can translate that same spirit to our digital world — someone who lives and breathes Instagram, who feels the pulse of culture and the beat of trends.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the creative bridge between our on-ground stories and the world that sees them.

Your days will be full of:

• Capturing behind-the-scenes moments, reels, and shoot highlights
• Creating contents, trending audio adaptations and storytelling posts
• Showcasing our team culture, client stories, and creative process
• Planning and executing content calendars
• Posting, engaging with our audience
• Coordinating with the team for updates and content ideas
• Tracking analytics, trends, and understanding why the algorithm behaves the way it does

Basically, you’ll be the one making sure our digital world feels as alive and real as the stories we create.

Who You Are

• Energetic, witty, and deeply curious about digital culture
• A storyteller who understands both emotion and engagement
• Trend-savvy and always exploring what’s next on Instagram
• Confident on camera and comfortable capturing quick, short-form content
• Strong with editing tools like CapCut or InShot
• Skilled in writing captions that feel as much as they inform
• Someone who knows the why, what, when, where, and how — and wants to express it creatively
• You feel the vibe of Prism Lens and can make others feel it too
  

What You’ll Learn

This is a hands-on learning space where art meets intention.

You’ll explore how visual storytelling translates into digital impact, working closely with Bhakti and Prosun — learning how to express a brand’s ethos, energy, and authenticity through social media.

Every post, every story, every reel will be your canvas — a mix of structure, spontaneity, and soul.

Compensation

This is a paid, full-time internship based in Gurgaon.

The stipend will reflect your skill, enthusiasm, and creative spark.
