Role Overview We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Creator cum Social Media Executive who is equal parts strategist and storyteller. You’ll be responsible for ideating, creating, and executing high-performing content across multiple social platforms, building brand presence, and engaging online communities. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy Ideate and create reels, videos, graphics, and carousels for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Collaborate with the design team to develop visually engaging content. Write compelling captions, scripts, and social copies tailored to each brand’s voice. Social Media Management Manage daily posting, scheduling, and publishing of content on social platforms. Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and stories. Monitor performance metrics and generate insights for growth. Trend Spotting & Innovation Stay updated with social trends, meme culture, and viral content ideas. Suggest innovative content formats (polls, challenges, behind-the-scenes, influencer collabs, etc.). Contribute to brainstorming sessions with fresh, viral-worthy ideas. Coordination & Execution Coordinate with videographers, designers, and clients for smooth content creation and approvals. Plan monthly content calendars with the strategy team. Help maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication, or related field. 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies. Strong grasp of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar tools. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Basic video editing and content writing ability is a must. A creative mind with a passion for digital media and brand building. Preferred Qualities Proactive, self-motivated, and deadline-driven. Aesthetically inclined with an eye for design and trends. Ability to juggle multiple brands and tasks efficiently. Comfortable appearing in videos or creating content with a face/camera if required.
