Job Description

As a Business Analyst (IT) at our company, your role will involve: - Prospecting and Qualifying Leads at the Technical Front - Working closely with the Business Development Team (Sales) and Developers - Taking conference calls with prospects or customers to gather business requirements, and then writing SOW, SRS, BRD, FRD as needed - Preparing workflow, flowcharts, use cases, or any other necessary diagrams for better explanations of the requirements - Creating Work Breakdown Structure and Estimates for requirements if necessary - Compiling the Project planning document when required - Providing Whole Project KT to the client and designer - Collaborating with the UI/UX team and developers for the project prototype - Generating User Stories as per the Sprint Plans if needed - Conducting demos for the customer upon completion of Sprint, Release, or Whole Project - Actively participating in Daily Project meetings and Client Meetings - Conducting Product Research as required - Staying updated on Tech Market Trends, Frequently asked Requirements, Common Features, or Modules in Web and Mobile - Being a Storyteller and Visualizer to effectively communicate in a simple and compelling way - Managing Deal Qualification, Follow-ups with Sales/Developer Team, and Proposal or Scope Management - Building relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders Benefits of joining us include: - 5 days working week - Flexible work timing - PF Benefit - Leave Encashment - Learning Sessions Work Location: In person,
