As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for handling assembly line feedback and warranty issues associated with switches, harnesses, and instrument panels. Your primary tasks will include attending to customer complaints and conducting physical inspections on actual vehicles in both assembly line and market settings. Through these inspections, you will be expected to identify the root cause of electrical system issues and provide potential counter-measures. In order to effectively address these challenges, you will need to create detailed use cases and process flows to validate the root cause of typical scenarios. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will be required to coordinate with multiple product owners and process partners to ensure timely analysis and implementation of quality improvements based on market feedback. Furthermore, you will be expected to apply Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FTA) approach to tackle complex electrical issues. You should be a professional with strong communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly, effectively, and in a timely manner. Your experience should include handling Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, User Guides, Use Cases, and Prototyping. You must be results-oriented, aiming for high levels of individual and organizational performance. Proficiency in UML Diagrams, designing and mock-up tools, Service and Deployment Models, SAS, and SQL is essential. Experience in the E-commerce industry is a plus, along with familiarity with Magento and ERP Systems. Knowledge of Scrum Agile Methodology would be advantageous. As part of your job profile, you will work under the guidance of Product Managers and other project stakeholders to analyze, interpret, and identify a product's business requirements, scope, issues, and solutions.
