The ideal candidate can conceptualize compelling visual content, design high-quality graphics, and produce engaging videos while maintaining consistent brand identity. This role is perfect for someone who is a strong visual storyteller and stays updated on modern design and video trends. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Create eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, ads, presentations, and print media. Develop brand-aligned layouts, illustrations, and marketing assets. Design brochures, banners, infographics, thumbnails, posters, and digital creatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize creative campaign ideas. Maintain brand consistency across all design materials. Video Editing Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for social media, ads, events, and internal communication. Edit raw footage into engaging stories using transitions, effects, graphics, and audio enhancements. Add motion graphics, text animations, intros/outros, and visual effects. Organize and maintain video project files, assets, and deliverables. Work with the content team to develop scripts, concepts, and storyboards. Collaboration & Creative Strategy Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas. Understand project requirements and deliver accurately and on time. Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and modern editing techniques. Key Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor. Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing work. Technical Skills Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro After Effects Knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus. Basic understanding of photography/videography preferred. Familiarity with social media formats and modern content styles. Soft SkillsStrong creativity and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
