About the job: NetPractice is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This is a remote role suited for someone who's comfortable working on a variety of design tasks from social media posts to marketing creatives, internal assets, and more. We're an early-stage edtech startup focused on SSC CGL prep. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the team, take ownership, and grow your skills fast. Key responsibilities: 1. Design engaging creatives for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns. 2. Create visual content for internal and external communication. 3. Work with content and marketing teams to bring ideas to life. 4. Stick to brand guidelines while experimenting with new ideas. 5. Take feedback positively and work on quick iterations. Requirements: 1. 1-2 years of experience (internships/freelance work count). 2. Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work. 3. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CorelDRAW, etc. 4. Basic understanding of typography, layout, and color. 5. Ability to handle multiple design tasks and deadlines. 6. Immediate joining availability. Good to have skills: Motion graphics/basic video editing skills.
