Key Responsibilities: Design Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of graphic designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment. Mockups & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively. Project Management: Oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to business goals. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate requirements into compelling designs. Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system for consistency across products. Quality Assurance: Review design outputs to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with industry best practices. Requirements: Experience: 4+ years in graphic/UI design, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentorship role . Technical Skills: Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop , Adobe Illustrator and other design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS/UI design, mockups, and prototyping . Industry Knowledge: Experience designing for SaaS products (B2B) is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills . Ability to articulate design decisions and provide constructive feedback. Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a design team , ensuring high performance and creativity. Nice to Have: Experience with motion graphics, illustration, or branding .
