Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will lead a team of designers, ensuring high-quality UI/UX design deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling and user-friendly SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of graphic designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.
• UI/UX Design: Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for SaaS platforms using Figma, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Mockups & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and enhance the user experience.
• Project Management: Oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to business goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate requirements into compelling designs.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system for consistency across products.
• Quality Assurance: Review design outputs to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years in graphic/UI design, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS/UI design, mockups, and prototyping.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience designing for SaaS products (B2B) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a design team, ensuring high performance and creativity.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion graphics, illustration, or branding.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a bonus.
