We are a sustainability-focused textile company based in Bangalore, dedicated to creating eco-friendly fabrics, ethical fashion, and responsible manufacturing. We are looking for a creative visual storyteller who can help showcase our products, processes, and brand values through high-quality photo and video content.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing product photos, behind-the-scenes footage, process videos, campaign shoots, and brand stories, and editing them into engaging digital content suitable for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesPhotography

• Shoot high-quality product photos (flat lays, lifestyle shoots, fabric textures, etc.)
• Capture factory/studio process shots, sustainability initiatives, and team photos
• Assist in styling shoots and maintaining brand aesthetic

Videography

• Plan, shoot, and record videos for campaigns, social media, brand stories, reels, YouTube videos, and marketing materials
• Capture behind-the-scenes shoots, interviews, product demos, and events

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit videos into short-form and long-form formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, ads)
• Add music, transitions, color correction, basic motion graphics
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual content

Content Support

• Brainstorm creative concepts with the marketing team
• Recommend visual styles and content ideas
• Organize and manage media files

Requirements

• Proven experience in photography, videography, and editing (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Basic photo editing skills (Lightroom / Photoshop)
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling
• Ability to handle shoots independently
• Interest in sustainability, textiles, or fashion (preferred but not mandatory)
• Based in Bangalore; must be available for location shoots

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Basic motion graphics / animation
• Social media content creation experience
• Drone videography
• Creative direction experience

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
