Job Summary:

We are looking for a Stores Executive who will be responsible for managing all store operations, including material handling, invoice checking, billing, stock auditing, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SAP and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and process invoices accurately and ensure timely billing.
• Maintain and update inventory records in SAP/CRM systems.
• Handle stock inward and outward movements efficiently.
• Conduct periodic audits of materials and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and production teams for smooth store operations.
• Manage and guide the store team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure all materials are properly labeled, stored, and tracked.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly stock and material reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2 – 5 years of experience in store or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in invoice verification and billing processes.
• Exposure to audit compliance and material management.
• Team-handling experience in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
