Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing aerospace components, tooling, and equipment. Tasks include developing technical drawings and models, performing simulations, conducting design reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and efficiency. The role also involves adhering to industry standards and regulations and providing technical support throughout the manufacturing process. Qualifications Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and design simulation tools Experience in aerospace component design and tooling development Knowledge of materials science, including properties of Aluminium, Inconel, and Titanium Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field Experience with AS9100 standards is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer, located in Bengaluru North. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency and product quality. The role includes developing and maintaining process documentation, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. The engineer will be involved in the selection and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Proficiency in designing and implementing manufacturing processes Familiarity with aerospace components, tooling, and ground support/handling equipment Experience with precision machining and working with materials such as Aluminum, Inconel, Nimonic, stainless steel, titanium, and copper Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of AS9100 standards and compliance requirements Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru North Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus
