We excel in manufacturing Aero Engine tooling for major OEMs including CFM, RR, GE, Safran & P&W, and Aircraft tooling for Airbus, Boeing, and Dassault. We produce a wide range of precision components from materials such as Aluminium, Inconel, Nimonic, and Titanium, ranging from 2mm to 1200mm in size.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing aerospace components, tooling, and equipment. Tasks include developing technical drawings and models, performing simulations, conducting design reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and efficiency. The role also involves adhering to industry standards and regulations and providing technical support throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and design simulation tools
• Experience in aerospace component design and tooling development
• Knowledge of materials science, including properties of Aluminium, Inconel, and Titanium
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with AS9100 standards is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
