Role Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and improving manufacturing performance. The role involves designing and optimizing manufacturing systems, evaluating production techniques, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address challenges and enhance productivity. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North, requiring hands-on involvement in manufacturing operations and team collaboration to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering
• Knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles and standards
• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and Machining techniques
• Experience with precision engineering and handling aerospace-grade materials
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve manufacturing challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field is required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing is an advantage
• Familiarity with AS9100 standards is a plus
