Position : Executive – Stores

Qualification: Graduate

Location: Bhilad, Vapi (Gujarat)

Experience : 4+ Yrs

Salary : As per company standards

Key Responsibilities

Material Receipt & Inspection

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Quality Control for inspection and approval of materials.
• Ensure proper documentation for goods received (GRN, invoices, etc.).

Storage & Inventory Management

• Organize and maintain materials in designated storage areas following safety and FIFO principles.
• Monitor stock levels and update inventory records in SAP.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

Issuance & Dispatch

• Issue raw materials and consumables to production as per requisitions.
• Prepare dispatch documents for finished goods and coordinate with logistics.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery to internal departments and customers.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, and stock balances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements for storage and handling.
• Support internal and external audits related to inventory and stores.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of inventory management and SAP.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
