Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management
:

Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring products are always available for customers.
Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
Ensure timely replenishment and organization of inventory.

Staff Supervision
:

Oversee and motivate store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
Train new employees and conduct ongoing training for existing staff.
Create staff schedules and assign tasks, ensuring the store is always properly staffed.

Customer Service
:

Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers by addressing complaints or concerns.
Provide product knowledge and assist customers in making purchase decisions.

Sales & Performance
:

Monitor and achieve sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to increase store performance.

Store Operations
:

Maintain the stores cleanliness and ensure it meets health and safety standards.
Manage store security and reduce the risk of theft or loss.
Handle cash transactions and ensure the safe and accurate processing of payments.
