We are a registered small-scale industry with 150 permanent workers and a floor area of 35000 sq. feet for our manufacturing facility, within this facility all critical components are manufactured with stringent quality measures. We are an ISO 9001&14001 organization Post : Asst. Manager - Sales & Mktg (Lead Acid battery) Location: Bangalore Role & Responsibility: 1. Attending enquiries receive via phone, e-mail, post etc. 2. Sending quotes in a timely manner against the received enquiries 3. Providing technical support to customers by discussing with design & production team. 4. Follow up for quotations & get orders 5. Inter team Coordination with Stores, Quality, Production, Sales and Logistics 6. Establishment of new clients & generating of leads for marketing 7. Participating in exhibitions, attending seminars, meeting customers 8. Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies 9. Primary responsible for Railways, Solar & Inverter Lead Acid battery business 10. Maintain Internal reports on daily / monthly / quarterly basis and other duties as assigned 11. Assists the marketing department with administrative tasks 12. Payment follow up Skills:  Strong writing and verbal communication skills  Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts  Excellent time management skills  Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills  Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing, and search engines Education and Experience Requirements:  Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred  Experience with battery field will be an added advantage  MS office knowledge  Good understanding of office management and marketing principles  Strong Negotiation skill If interested, please mail your CV along with your current & Expected CTC and notice period.
