Position: Stores Executive - Inventory & Warehouse
Location: Chennai (Medavakkam)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Languages Required: Tamil & English (Hindi is a bonus)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Ensure proper unloading, storage, and stacking of goods
• Maintain documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
• Issue materials to production/projects as per approved requests.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and update system records daily.
• Report stock discrepancies and damages to the Store Manager.
• Maintain records of receipts, issues, and returns of goods.
• Prepare and file MRN (Material Receipt Note) and Dispatch Notes.
• Support monthly stock reconciliation and reporting.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and compliance in the store.
• Liaise with sales, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma (any discipline).
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
• 0–3 years of experience in stores, inventory, or warehouse management (manufacturing/interiors preferred, but freshers can apply).
• Basic working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets; ERP exposure is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work systematically.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
