Store Supervisor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing inventory, procurement, receiving, storage, distribution, documentation, and safety compliance at the Stone Crusher Plant store. Additionally, you will coordinate with the maintenance team, supervise store personnel, implement continuous improvements, and stay updated on industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate records of spare parts and materials, monitor stock levels, and conduct regular audits. - Collaborate with the procurement team for timely ordering, negotiate pricing with suppliers, and inspect incoming shipments. - Implement an organized storage system, ensure proper labeling, and maintain a clean store environment. - Fulfill internal requests promptly, keep detailed records of items issued, and monitor access control. - Prepare accurate documentation, generate reports on inventory levels, and provide insights to management. - Coordinate with the maintenance team, plan for spare parts needs, and facilitate communication between departments. - Adhere to safety protocols, ensure compliance with regulations, and conduct regular safety inspections. - Lead and supervise store personnel, conduct training sessions, and evaluate staff performance. - Identify process improvement opportunities, implement best practices, and stay updated on industry advancements. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in supply chain management is a plus. - Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining or construction industry. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficient in using inventory management software. - Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
