Store Supervisor

Job Description

Sisco Research Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Store Supervisor to manage end-to-end store operations at our chemical manufacturing facility. The role involves handling raw materials, chemicals, inventory control, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including material receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch
• Handle raw materials, solvents, reagents, packaging materials, and finished goods
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance and batch-wise material traceability
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP and physical registers
• Prepare and verify GRN, inward/outward entries, and stock documentation
• Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and safe storage of chemicals as per MSDS
• Monitor stock levels and raise purchase indents to avoid shortages
• Coordinate with Production, QC, QA, Purchase, and Logistics teams
• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and EHS standards
• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits
• Supervise store staff and ensure adherence to safety and discipline norms

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in store operations
• Mandatory experience in chemical / pharmaceutical / manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge of chemical storage and safety procedures
• Familiar with ERP systems and inventory controls
• Strong coordination and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
