Key Responsibilities Develop engaging visual content for branding, marketing campaigns, packaging, and product materials. Design promotional items such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media creatives, and digital ads. Work on product packaging layouts including box designs, labels, and inserts. Create high-quality assets using Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and other design tools. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Support video production by editing and creating basic video content.
RequirementsProven experience in telesales, telecalling, payment collection, or customer service. Strong communication and negotiation skills (Hindi, English, and regional languages preferred). Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, or telecalling software. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Customer-oriented with patience and persistence. Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience.
