* Supervise daily showroom operations and sales activities.
* Assist customers with product inquiries, especially jewellery. * Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality. * Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising. * Coordinate with sales staff and support their performance. * Handle billing support, product explanation, and basic MIS updates. * Ensure proper tagging, display, and stock arrangement. * Manage and resolve customer issues professionally. * Conduct basic training for junior sales staff. Skills Required * Good English communication & customer-handling skills * Knowledge of jewellery product categories (preferred) * Team coordination and supervision skills * Presentable, confident, and well-groomed * Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge Qualifications * priority for candidates with retail/jewellery background * Also preferred Car,Textiles,Mobiles,Furniture Showrooms experiences
