Job Description

Qualification: BE/B-Tech/Diploma in EEE, EC, Mech Industry: Automobile, Electrical, Mechanical Key Responsibilities ● Manage and oversee the preparation, packing, wrapping, labeling, and dispatch of orders to ensure timely delivery or pickup. ● Efficiently receive, label, and store incoming warehouse stock. ● Maintain accurate inventory control by actively tracking and monitoring stock levels. ● Conduct thorough verification of all Goods Received Notes (GRNs) to confirm that quality and quantity align with invoiced amounts. ● Provide regular reports on low stock materials to prevent shortages. ● Ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment, optimizing space utilization within the warehouse. ● Meticulously maintain inventory records by completing daily logs. ● Promptly report any discrepancies or irregularities. ● Manage product returns and replacements in accordance with established fault status guidelines. ● Foster a collaborative and cooperative environment by effectively communicating with supervisors and coworkers. ● Adhere to quality service standards and comply with all relevant procedures, rules, and regulations. ● Implement and integrate best practices in warehouse material handling. ● Train, guide, and evaluate the performance of new warehouse workers. ● Provide assistance and support to other departments as needed.
