Role Overview

The Store Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely material handling, and smooth coordination with purchase, production, and dispatch departments. The role demands strong organizational skills, discipline, and knowledge of store management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, verification, and proper storage of incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records in Tally/ERP and ensure timely data entry.
• Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verifications.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with suppliers, purchase teams, and logistics for timely material movement.
• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and housekeeping of store areas.
• Prepare GRN, material issue slips, and inventory reports.
• Track slow-moving, damaged, and returnable material.
• Enforce safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Store Management / Supply Chain (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in store handling or inventory management.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP / any ERP system is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of material handling, stock control, and documentation.
• Good communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
