Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to promote and sell industrial air compressors, pneumatic systems, and related equipment. The ideal candidate will develop new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and provide tailored technical solutions to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial sectors such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food processing, CNC textile, painting, pet bottling, etc. Promote and sell compressor systems, air dryers, and related accessories. Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain strong after-sales support and coordinate with the service team for installation and maintenance. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Qualifications and Experience: Diploma / Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in compressors or pneumatic equipment. Skills Required: Strong technical knowledge of air compressor systems and industrial equipment. Familiarity with screw compressors, reciprocating compressors, and air treatment systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Compensation: Competitive salary Incentives Travel allowance
