Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective store management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs
  • Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all store operations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure adequate stock levels
  • Supervise store personnel, provide guidance and training, and conduct performance evaluations
  • Analyze store performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and internal departments
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Thermal power plant industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline (preferred)
