Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective store management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs
Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all store operations
Coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure adequate stock levels
Supervise store personnel, provide guidance and training, and conduct performance evaluations
Analyze store performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and internal departments
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Thermal power plant industry
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline (preferred)
