Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective store management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all store operations - Coordinating with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure adequate stock levels - Supervising store personnel, providing guidance and training, and conducting performance evaluations - Analyzing store performance metrics, preparing reports, and presenting findings to senior management - Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall efficiency - Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and internal departments - Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Thermal power plant industry - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field - MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a relevant discipline (preferred),
