Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead and inspire our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience, achieving sales targets, managing staff, and maintaining operational excellence. Roles and Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day store operations Manage and motivate the store team to meet sales goals Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Maintain stock levels and oversee inventory control Handle budgeting, sales forecasting, and financial reporting Recruit, train, and develop store staff Handle customer complaints and queries professionally Maintain store standards (cleanliness, visual merchandising, safety) Implement marketing and promotional strategies Ensure compliance with policies and procedures Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant work experience. 3–5 years of retail management experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Good knowledge of POS systems, stock management, and reporting tools.
