Job Summary:

Daga Impex is seeking an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in retail clothing store management, preferably with reputed or large brands. While the candidate’s experience should be from a structured retail environment, the role will involve managing operations in a wholesale kids wear firm. The ideal candidate must be adaptable to wholesale operations, capable of handling bulk sales, staff supervision, inventory control, and driving overall store performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set, monitor, and execute sales performance goals to improve revenue and profitability
• Experience in retail store management (reputed clothing brands) is required; candidate should be willing and capable of handling operations in a wholesale environment.
• Manage and supervise daily store operations
• Hire, train, guide, and evaluate store staff productivity and performance
• Maintain brand-level standards in store presentation, cleanliness, and service quality
• Drive sales performance and handle customer escalations
• Ensure staff grooming, attendance, discipline, and SOP compliance
• Oversee stock control, inward–outward movement, and loss prevention
• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, accounts, and HR teams
• Monitor overall store performance and prepare sales, stock, and manpower reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines
• Resolve operational challenges and perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

· Graduate (Commerce or Management preferred)

· 4+ years of experience in reputed / big-brand retail clothing stores

· Strong leadership, people management, and sales orientation

· Ability to independently manage store operations

· Honest, disciplined, and result-driven mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
